So I get a lot of emails every day, and a lot of them are just people wanting me to pitch their products or companies and wanting exposure, but nothing really sticks out.

Every press release I get is pretty much the same.

I got one that came across my desk last week, and it's a program in Mexico that you can get 8.9% back if you spend money in Mexico.

It's an incentive program that Mexico is giving cruise passengers if you spend your money in the

Right off the bat, I want to ask you, cruise passengers getting 8.9% back when they're shopping in Mexico.

Sounds kind of gimmicky, but who initiated

this program and why does it exist? Well, in 2007, in December, in 2008, basically, the Mexican

government authorized this program for foreigners shopping in Mexico, arriving by plane or cruise ship.

Moneyback, we opened our doors in 2008, and now we process

about 95% of the refunds nationwide throughout the whole country.
