0:20.1	All right, welcome back to day three in Psalm 1. I'm going to read it every day.
0:26.0	Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of the
0:30.9	center, nor sits in the seat of the scoffer, but his delight is in the law of the Lord.
0:35.0	And on his law, he meditates day and night. He is like a tree
0:39.0	planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither.
0:45.7	In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind
0:51.5	drives away. Therefore, the wicked will not stand in judgment, nor sinners in the
0:56.4	congregation of the righteous, for the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked
1:01.5	will perish. Now, verse two says, but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law,

1:35.0	law of the Lord. That means that we delight in the scriptures. Let me ask you, do you delight in the
1:42.9	scriptures? The Bible says the law of the Lord is perfect reviving the soul.
1:49.7	Brothers, I'm just going to tell you, I don't know the blessed man of God that walks in a deep and intimate and personal relationship with Jesus
1:58.0	that does not have a deep delight for the Word of God, that does not
2:02.5	have a deep and abiding relationship yearning with the Word of God. So do you see your time in the
2:09.5	word as a gift from God or like a burden? Do you see your time in the Word as a have to or a get to?
