jump right in and I want to know is there a moment in time where you decided that you would do anything to invest in real estate?

Well, it started with it when I was I was driving home from went back to college, was getting my degree, and halfway through my last semester I'm like, I cannot do this. So I tried to get started in real estate but I found that I

couldn't get I could find the deals but I couldn't put them I couldn't keep them

together because of my finances.

I had a deal that I found driving for dollars.

I negotiated a sale price on this house for $80,000.

I knew I couldn't get the deal together. It ended up that fell apart and it was

sold on the MLS for $120,000 and out of fit of frustration I was complaining to my life. I'm like, you know,

nobody will help me. And but then it began to I realized I was, nobody will help me because I'm not helping myself.

So that feeling of anger changed into this like steel resolve where I was like, I have to make some changes.
