There ain't nothing like drinking a diet coke and having a handful of salty peanuts. It's the bad Christian.

2:00.0

I'm telling you a handful of just salty peanuts with the with the red shell or red skin.

2:12.0

Red skin. Oh, man, those are good or just natural peanuts and then like a good swig of diet coke is just something and I'm well, now here's what's funny. I hadn't had I started just a couple of few days ago trying to do the only the meat only thing.

2:30.0

I'm not sure if that's real that yeah. And so I've done pretty good except for I did have a little bit of vegetables like just so I hadn't done that good I guess because you you had you don't eat any vegetables right like like next to nine.

2:43.0

Yeah, right now. Yeah, by the way, I'll have people know I found my new I have a new primary care doctor who loves the way I eat by the way and fully endorsed so just so you know I know I sound like Keeto.

2:57.0

You're talking about it's not actually Keeto. He's this guy's bigger on protein. The most and then fat and then almost no carbs but

3:05.0

Keeto is a little bit heavier on fat like in the macro nutrient category to where you're getting 70% of your calories from fat or something sometimes but this is more protein and thing but think about this way is still kind of a meat focused situation because yeah basically you just think of a evolutionarily like humans are trying to find the best food source

3:26.0

possible and they're hunting pat animals. Yeah, you know buffalo cowl things like that they're hunting quadruped animals and so whatever the nutrients are in that meat and the ratios they're in because there's some carbs and there's whatever amount of fat and protein all in that meat so whatever the ratio of the meat would be from just a you know New York

3:46.0

New York strip steak that's about it but that's the food you would get if you had choice of any food that's the food that you would be eating and you'd be fasting a lot and then you would eat it a lot of meat sometimes and you'd be fasting in between and then of course sometimes you have nuts and berries basically yeah that's what you would eat is kind of what you're built for a course I know we have molars and are you know and we're able to process calories from plants but doing that is maybe something that we were able to serve you and you know you're not going to be able to eat that.

4:15.0

We were able to survive because we could do when there weren't animals went and through the winter or whatever you could store you could you know champs two on leaves for like 10 hours a day to get out a few calories well that's a that's adaptive that's good but certainly that's not what they want it is just what away they've been here's funny here's what's funny to me okay well one is what's got me talking about this too is I'm trying to stumbled upon my zero carb life dot com and this lady started this name Kelly and I'm trying to get her body.

4:45.0

I'm looking for the book for the break it down podcast a lot of good podcasts over there but I even after just a few days I cannot believe how eating mostly almost and when I say I I'm 95% only meat like I barely had a little bit of a squash and I had a few peanuts today but that's about that's about it right.

5:04.0

I had nothing had cheese I've literally had either pork or chicken wings or sausages like link sausages stuff but I cannot believe first of all how much I was going to eat that the

5:14.1

first of all how curved my appetite is I just go I don't really feel like eating me and I'm and I'm sustained though yeah satiated I it's not like I'm like I can't eat meat and I'm starving I just go I don't want to eat meat so I guess I just want eat that's right.
