Now, some of you may have noticed

there wasn't a podcast last week.

Sad times.

And that's because I've been poorly.

Still, I've still got a little bit of a cough.

I've had this sore throat for about a month now,

pretty much since I've come back from holiday.

And I was really bad last week.

So I couldn't record.

And then I finally started a course of antibiotics this week.

So I'm starting to feel better

now still obviously have a little bit of a cough

but it certainly feels loads better now
