The following is an encore presentation of issues etc. Maybe we all feel a little guilty that the holidays are upon us and they don't seem very festive.

Maybe you're not able to go to church. That's a big one.

Not able to see your family as you would like to see them. You're going to zoom it this year.

Who knows? And that guilt that you feel for not being as happy as you should be during the happy holidays

may be part of a bigger problem or a smaller problem. But for years now we have recognized that at the time of

the holidays is a time when there's a peak in, what do you call them, the holiday blues or maybe even actual depression?

How should we understand this as Christians?

When we do have every reason to celebrate what God has done for us in Jesus Christ, and yet the holidays can be

dark times emotionally and socially.
