makeup on. I literally just finished working out. But there is a video I filmed yesterday.

And I posted it on my social media. I posted it on my Instagram and on my TikTok. And it's almost 10 minutes long. Actually,

it is just about 10 minutes long. And this blew up on Instagram. Thousands and thousands of

views, which I did not expect because I thought, who the fuck is going to watch a 10 minute video on Instagram?

Apparently you crazy chicks are going to. And I thought this message, this video, this audio is so powerful it needs to make it to the podcast.

And in this video, I'm talking about how my life is going to completely change in 50 days. And when I'm

recording this intro and uploading this to the podcast, it is now 49 days. So now we're taking

a day by day together. But I'm talking about how my life is going to change in 50 days entirely.

And it all comes back down to content and your it factor. And I'm really

sharing with you in the moment because I was literally sitting here at my kitchen table. If you're

watching the video, I was sitting in this exact spot looking out the window. In my house,

we have these beautiful floor to ceiling windows because we have indoor, outdoor living in living room. I was looking into our backyard and our outdoor living space and just thinking

about how everything is about to change. And what a crazy feeling that is. And I was just so in the moment

feeling these feelings and feeling this deep activation. I was like, I need to set up the camera and film and

just talk and just talk and

just talk about what's going through my head right now because this is such a valuable moment in time. And I don't know when there will be another time like this. And so I wanted to document it for myself and for you. And I didn't know if I was going to post it. But afterwards, I was like, okay, I need to post that. That she was fire. That's going to activate the girlies. It's going to activate the women in my audience. And so I just felt like, okay, we're going to bring this onto the podcast too. So it has that home to live in so you can find it. So you can re-listen to it. So you can download it to any time you decide. I'm going to take my life to the next
