Summary
On February 13th, 2009, 14-year-old Amber Dubois disappeared into thin air on her way to school in San Diego County, California. There were credible leads or sightings, and it seemed as though Amber was just…gone. Almost exactly one year later, 17-year-old Chelsea King went for a run in a well-populated park, just ten miles from where Amber disappeared, and never returned. Clothing belonging to Chelsea was found nearby and a DNA match was found, leading detectives to a registered sex offender by the name of John Albert Gardner. Who was Gardner, and was he responsible for more than just Chelsea's disappearance? Had he, just one year prior, abducted Amber Dubois off the street on her way to school?
