What we had done till last time was the practices are sadhana, the practices for the attainment of Brahmagyan or the knowledge of Brahman, that knowledge which will enlighten us, set us free

So the practices we were told were three in number one is shavanah, the second one is mananam,

Shavanam literally means hearing, but it actually means in detail. If you look at it closely,
