So Chad Himes here with Dr. Tracy Jones. So excited for this ever since your name came across my desk for this opportunity.

So hi, and thanks for taking the time to join me today.

It's tremendous to be here.

Well, you know, there's a lot of people who might not, in our audience, might not know

you.

So let's just start right at the beginning. Give us a quick bio, give us a quick who is Dr.

Tracy Jones. Oh, thank you so much. First of all, I'm Dr. Tremendous Tracy Jones.

I've run a company called Tremendous Leadership and that is because my father was Charlie Tremendous Jones and he was one of the top 25 legends of personal development and he wrote a book called Life is Tremendous back in 65, very much in the genre of Zigzigler, Ogmandino.

These are the people that I grew up sitting with and listening to as a little girl, so was heavily influenced by

positive people on books. I think I read How to Win Friends and

Influence People before the Pokeykey little puppy, okay?
