Hey, everybody, welcome back to the show. Can't wait to get into today's mindset and motivation Monday. Today is all about becoming a morning person and imagine waking up with energy every single morning as your feet hit the floor as you get it under bed. Wouldn't that be

amazing, right? I think that's what most of us want. And believe it or not, there's an actual

system that you can step into that will allow you to be a morning person as well. This is

something that I needed to work on myself. Remember, I was someone with Addison's disease

and had no

energy until maybe a sweet spot of around 1 p.m. to, you know, 2 to 3 p.m. maximum every single day,

and then it was gone again the rest of the day. So Addison's disease, that is something that I don't

wish on anybody. But fortunately, I was able to overcome it, along with a lot of other issues like

type 2 diabetes

and autoimmune issues and pots and mass cell activation syndrome and so much more. But here's the thing.

If I'm able to overcome it with not very good genetics, I think you can as well. And one step is

simply rewiring your sarcadian rhythm. So if you're someone that's just not used to getting up

at an earlier

time in the morning, we can help with that. But I also want to share with you, it doesn't mean that you ever need to get up at 4.30 a.m. There's so many people out there preaching, you need to be up by 430. You need to be up by 5. Maybe not and probably not for most people. Especially if you're more of a Vata or ectomorph body type, you want to wake up a little

closer if you can to 6 to 7 a.m. Not before that, because you will likely need a little bit more

sleep. You're going to be on more of the 8.5 to 9 hours versus others that might be more on the
