Summary

Your presence is never neutral. Every room you walk into either becomes stronger or weaker because you showed up. I explain how people read your value instantly, mostly through nonverbal signals, long before you say a word. Your energy, posture, and behavior communicate who you are and how others should treat you. If you feel the need to explain your value, it usually means your presence didn’t communicate it clearly in the first place. Show Notes: [03:07]#1 Your very existence in a space should just because you're there, increase the value of the space. [15:53]#2 Your presentation signals whether the standards are enforced or optional. [25:54]#3 Valuable presence creates a silent hierarchy, not conversation. [31:50]Recap Show Notes: 1331: Never Lower The Bar Of Standards 1291: How To Raise The Standards Of A Group Next Steps: --- Power Presence is not taught. It is enforced. If you are operating in environments where hesitation costs money, authority, or leverage, the Power Presence Mastermind exists as a controlled setting for discipline, execution, and consequence-based decision-making. Details live here: http://PowerPresenceProtocol.com/Mastermind  This Masterclass is the public record of standards. Private enforcement happens elsewhere. Today's topic is your presence either raises or dilutes the room.

If you've been listening to this show for some time, you've heard me say that in life,

0:47.9

there is no neutral. There is no neutral in life. There's only neutral in a, in a gear shift in your car.

0:53.2

But other than that, there's no neutral. You are either building or destroying. You are growing or dying. You are getting better. You are getting worse. You are adding on or you are taking away. But there is no staying the same. There's no such thing. And as humans, the way you know for sure is no possible way for you to stay the same is that you know that as soon as you are born you are every day one day closer to dying you don't know how long it's going to be before you die hopefully it's a long time for all of us but you are one day closer to nine i think we all generally agree with that so if you take an entire day or a week a month or year and do absolutely nothing and maintain the quote unquote status quo you just got got one day, one week, one month, or one year older closer to death, yet you did

not advance at all, which means you went backwards.

1:34.5

So there's no such thing as staying the same.

1:36.9

Now, I'm saying all that to help you understand today's topic on a smaller level is that

your presence, your physical existence in a space, you're either making it

better or you are making it worse. You do not just go there and nothing happens. Presence,

your presence is not a neutral thing. As I just told you, there's no such thing as neutral in the
