of always having an LLC. And I wanted to give you some counterpoints and have a

conversation with Dion from the YouTube channel, Dion talks financial freedom to give you some things

to think about, to give you some arguments, some discussion points from someone who chooses

not to use an LLC so that when you go back and have your own discussions, you'll make a more informed

decision and you'll have a bigger picture of the pluses and the minuses. So with all that said, let's get to my interview with Dion. So Dion, every time I talk to pretty much anybody in the real estate investing space, they're like, well, of course, you need to get an LLC. That's just what the way things are. It's almost like it's one of those rules that's like it's not even talked about because it's just assumed that that's the case. You and I had an offline conversation

kind of dialogue where you said, actually, no, that's not what I do. In fact, I don't, I don't think my case, I'm not even using an LLC. And I said, we have to have this conversation. All right, Let's talk about this Dion.
