So Dion, every time I talk to pretty much anybody in the real estate investing space, they're like, well, of course, you need to get an LLC. That's just what the way things are. It's almost like it's one of those rules that's like it's not even talked about because it's just assumed that that's the case. You and I had an offline conversation
