body. We are going to be doing some intervals today. That is an invitation. You do not

have to do the intervals. So you might be just going for a walk, a steady run, you might be lifting weights.

The intervals definitely won't work for that.

But you're moving your body.

In some way, some of you clean house, mow your lawn, or you're on a subway moving.

The subway's moving you, but you just want something to pick up your spirit, kind of get you going in the sole place,

because that place is the core of who you are.

out. The outside is going to work itself out as we are paying attention to what's
