Welcome to the new and improved podcast.

I am so excited for this change, new title, Christina the channel, new cover, new music, new website,

well, not really new website, but new domain. So basically new, I have been so excited for this shift and honestly felt a little

constricted for a while because there was just such a lack of resonance between where I was at

and my brand name. And, you know, there's a lot of energy behind behind a name and I talked a little bit about this

in an earlier episode so I've just been really excited to make this change christina the channel

all the way around I will say if you're listening to this day it comes out sometimes iTunes

takes a couple days to switch your cover art. So if you haven't seen the new cover

art yet, it is coming. And also as things shift on my website, be on the lookout for emails

because the member's login portal is probably going to change links. So we'll be sending out

emails to everybody in any of my programs or who this will affect. So be on the lookout

in your emails just so that the swap is as seamless as possible and we're just really,

really excited about all the changes. And I thought I would explain the name for a second because
