But you have been warned, I want to start today by talking about my life and about me. It's been about a week and a half since I did a show and I put out some big news on Instagram. I want to cover all of it. But I also want to say first of all, I apologize, I'm really sorry. It's been over a week since I did an episode. It's been much longer than I thought it would be. I was not planning on taking that long of a break. In fact, I thought during the break I was going to be able to get something done. Although looking back at what I did, I mean I moved so I was moving and I'm like I'll be able to record while I'm moving and I'm

But man, if anyone out there is upset or wanted a show or content and was kind of frustrated, they didn't get anything recently, I do apologize. It was not my intent. I took six days off.

I was slammed, I was moving, and it kind of weird, unlike often, you know, for example, I went to Hawaii on vacation in February. And I still was writing every day. I was

doing about two hours of writing and keeping up with the news cycle and it's a lot of

work to like I know it sounds it's fun but it's a lot of work to stay up to date with

the news cycle you got to write every day and

during the six days I took off to move I didn't write at all I didn't I barely checked

my phone I was so busy and I got back for you know I moved and then came back home for briefly and it's like I was buried under this pile of oh my gosh there's so much to catch up on and it's taken me days and days and I've watched like I don't know what's a

how many round one NBA playoff games were there I watched every single round

one NBA playoff game except for I've got one series left the Sons and Laker series to watch and you

know in fact this morning I I guess I'm recording this today but I did a

second episode last night and I was going to record more of this episode and I just cut it off. I said I'll do that later this week because I want to put out what I have. So anyway, I don't want to sacrifice the quality of the other stuff.
