Now, that's the nice thing. Not every philosophy needs to be extremely complicated.

And when you grasp this specific one, you'll begin to cultivate more happiness in your life.

Because truly, happiness is not something to be searched for. It's something to be found within you.

But if we don't know how to look for it and cultivate it,

then it always is elusive. So let's get right into it. The first one is this. There are three

specific keys. The first key is letting go of what was. Now I know, easier said than done. I totally

get it. But we have to understand is that no growth can really happen emotionally,

spiritually, or physically if the body is in a state of tension, sadness, depression,

guilt, and so on. And I talk about that in the emotional section of the de-stress protocol,
