Welcome back, everyone. Can't wait to share with you today that your brain believes whatever you repeat. There's an ancient saying that goes like this, as you think so you become.

But did you know that thousand, many thousand-year-old saying was actually proven to be

true in 1949 by a man called Donald Hebb. It's now called Hebb's Law. And what it said was
