right now i hope you are doing great and today i really feel that you could get a great bit of

insights in terms of one of the biggest pitfalls that we actually have

in terms of achieving the goals that we want.

Now, more often than not, we self-sabotage ourselves.

We cause ourselves to be defeated before we've even got started. And that

really comes from a comparison conflict. So in other words, most of the things that you will be

going for, lots of the goals that you want, all the things that you really feel you should

achieve or where you should be right now in your health, in your finances, in your relationships,

in your business, in your career, you'll be comparing yourself to many different factors.

Now, the more comparisons that you have, the more you will either feel overwhelmed, you will feel easily defeated and the chances are you'll either kind

of feel paralyzed or it will be at the very best a challenging experience to be

able to hit those goals. So let's just say you may have a goal in your mind. Let's say it's a monetary

goal or I mean it can literally be anything. Now when you have that, there are different thoughts, especially

unconscious thoughts in play, which will dictate how easy it is to achieve that goal.

Now let's think of it. Let's just say you wanted to be earning $5,000 a month, $10,000 a month,

$100,000. It doesn't10,000 a month, $100,000.

When you come up with that goal in mind right now, you will initially, beneath the surface,

begin to compare your present situation to where you want to be.

And therefore, compare it to other people who have achieved that goal.

So straight away, your mind is thinking of all the other people who are there right now.
