Out of my shot. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Office Hours live in conversation with Tim

Heidecker. Born to German immigrant parents, his mother was German, his father was an American, raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

He has remained one of America's most unique, creative, and confident voices on television,

in books, on the internet, and in the kitchen.

He's an actor, writer, director, musician, food blogger, man blogger,

winemaker, and plant man, among other interests.

First came to prominence as one half of the iconic comedy duo,

Tim and Eric, who started in animation,

but quickly moved on to create one of the most influential live action sketch shows of the past 20 years. Tim and Eric, awesome show, great job, first aired in 2007, and from there on he's been a fixture of the alt comedy scene.

He's had leading roles in feature films, Tim and Eric's Bedtime Stories, and the Emmy-winning Master of None on Netflix.

He's also a world-renowned natural winemaker with his brand Las Horace

and a New York Times best-selling cookbook author with Foodheim, A Culinary Adventure.

He's back now with his new book, Steakhouse, The P. Foodheim, a culinary adventure.

It's not the first time he's been on this show,

but it's the first time he's been in conversation. I couldn't be more excited to have him here with me. Eric Weirheim. Thank you for having me. This is... What's that? Thank you for having me. I'm just taking that intro in. That was powerful. It's a lot. So what's going through your mind is you're now looking back on this 20-year career, 20-year-plus career.
