Hope you're having a fantastic week. I'm joined this podcast this week by my good friend, the Johnny Stewart, the original Johnny Stewart.

He's not the one and the only.

There's a whole shitload of Johnny Stewart's. I looked it up.

But he's my favorite Johnny Stewart by a long shot. He's a character. He's just an absolute

fun guy. And he is a crazy person deer hunter like the rest of us. He's a hornet eater for sure.

Johnny Stewart. We had a great conversation.

We talked, kind of run the gamut on some different topics here this week. We're talking a little

bit about starting a camp, maybe point of entry, acquiring some property, getting strategic

in that regard to put yourself, like point of entry, I call it, you know, access,

have a camp, maybe start investing in a piece of property, have somewhere to go.

And we talk a lot about how you can use that strategy to access, you know, big tracks of public land

that can be remote and a pain in a butt to get to, you know, but if you're there

and then you're there, you know, you start diving in at that level. Boy, it can get real

productive. So a bit about that. John's on a hunt. He's got a bit of a story from, well, I'll

just say we talk that I'd give an update.
