then I went to work and they decorated my office which was really lovely

chaired a board meeting for five or six hours then I went went home and Sarah and Pete my housemates in London

took me out for a steak dinner, which was very nice. Good. And today I've been to the dentist.

Yeah, root canal. What a lovely way to spend your birthday week. Oh, yeah.

Though when I had that done, I had no pain whatsoever. Well, I did have a... Actually, I'm thinking, I can feel quite a lot of the side of my face. I'm not sure the injection work, but anyway, I didn't feel any pain. Although he didn't get into all the canals, he kept rootling around, literally rootling around, going, and in the end he said he said i haven't been able to get into all of them so you can have to come back again and you literally have just come back from there haven't you so you sound you very cheerful so it can't have quite literally just walked through the door literally that's literally that's a really david coleman expression isn't it right now we need to crack on because we've got a lot to get through,
