Hey guys, this is a snippet of one of my coaching calls. I just ran today and do you know what? I just felt like you need to hear this. If you're going through struggle, if you're going through a situation where you do not know what to do and everything seems like is against you, just listen to this.

I think you're going to get a lot of value.

Very passionate about this one.

So with this one, it's about what can we do when we're overwhelmed by our situation or

we don't feel like we've got a lot of control?

So it could be for example,

maybe, um, like let me go from my personal example. It wasn't crazy horrible, but it was very

uncomfortable for me. And it was about my whole process of coming over to America. Horrible long

journey of like stuff going on.

Lots of learnings there, of course.

And you feel like you're out of control.

You feel like you, and I know there's smaller situations from that and there's bigger ones.

But what can we do to be able to let go or to deal with the overwhelm of the situation and to gain more control when we feel out of control?

I mean, it's a really good question.

It comes up quite often because we go through life.

So let me go ahead because life throws things at us and some are good, some are bad and once again, some are indifferent.

So with this one, it can be hard, right? Now, I remember, I haven't got it to me, I think it's in Cambridge still. I should really buy that. I think I might have a

hit. But I know Carl's actually read this. Man's for Such a Meaning. First of all, we can look at that book and go,

oh my goodness, people are going through some crazy stuff and it's hard. Now, if you haven't read it, it's a hard read in terms of like, because

it's about the concentration camps, about the Holocaust and so on. But it's, um, man's search for

meaning, um, by Victor Frankel. I talked about about him all the time. It's Victor with a

V-I-K-T-O-R, Victor, um, Frankl, F-R-A-I-K-T-O-R-V-T-O-R-V-T-R-V-T-R-F-R-A-N-K-L and Man Search of Meaning.
