Summary

This is a beloved quarterly episode where I share the things in my life that are saving it. It could be products that bring joy or efficiency, moments that make me feel like myself, things I’m looking forward to… the list is varied every time. The practice, though, is just as important as the list itself, which is why I encourage you to ask yourself this question on occasion: what’s saving your life right now?
