Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Health. What price tag would we put on our health? I once heard a story that the previous Queen of England said that

0:15.5

she'd give up her entire kingdom just to be healthy again. What price tag would

0:21.6

we put on our health in order to stay healthy throughout our lives?

0:26.0

It's such an important question, and yet many people really never think about it.

0:32.0

What do I do to stay healthy?

0:35.0

They just see disease and illness that's something that comes and goes to everyone, and

0:39.6

So is there any choice in regards to our health?

1:23.0

I believe there is.

1:25.0

A lot of choices, and if we do these choices,

1:29.0

we'll increase our odds of having good health significantly. And like the Queen of England, what price tag would we put

1:36.1

on that? Well for me, it's a lot because I like being healthy. And what I'm going to say next is not in any way trying to be

1:45.2

a braggard or narcissistic. I'm just sharing my story, which my hope is will

1:50.8

encourage you to perhaps do some of the things that I found work to stay

1:54.6

healthy.

1:56.1

When I was in university at the end of every semester, I used to get really sick, literally
