0:03.5	And one of my favorite scriptures is from Psalm 46, I think it's verse 10, and it says,
0:09.4	be still and know that I am God.
0:13.2	And that Psalm is all about tumult in the nations and warfare and crises.
0:18.1	And then in the midst of that Psalm, God says, be still and know that I am God.
0:23.6	And there's something really powerful about that. And I really want us to rediscover sitting, being still,
0:32.1	acknowledging that God is there, is present, loves us and just be human.
