Welcome back to The Purpose Shell podcast. So a couple of things before we jump in, this is not my typical content. We are definitely getting adult in this episode, so this is a

headphones or no kids around you situation, no other people around you. This is a

conversation that I have wanted to have here on the show for a really long time and it just hasn't been the right time.

And now I'm feeling really clear-headed on how I wanted this conversation

to go, who I wanted to be present for it, and just how I wanted it to feel and

what I wanted to include in it for you. And it was getting so clear that I was starting to get like hard for me to not be having this and like just get it out.

So that's how I know it's time.
