It's morning again in America.

Today, more men and women will go to work than ever before in our country's history.

With interest rates at about half the record highs of 1980, nearly 2,000 families today will buy new homes.

More than at any time in the past four years.

This afternoon, 6,500 young men and women will be married.

And with inflation at less than half of what it was just four years ago,

they can look forward with confidence to the future.

Luke Savage, welcome back, everyone. We're coming to you from an absolutely sweltering Toronto

today. We went outside to get some coffee beans, get some fuel before recording, just walked

down the street, and yeah, I'm not going outside again today. And just in general, the man

across from me, he's a very tired boy these days. He's been working on a really big project, which is really siphoning his energy.

Me, I've just been still recovering from the many slings and arrows that life throws at me.

So, you know, really, we've got two very tired boys.

So, yeah, I got a lot of my plate folks.

It's the book after that book.
