I'm glad that you at least got picture lock on the film. Yes for those

that are not following along or even if you are following along with the terms I'm

about to use I'll give you the quick rundown. Picture lock is vital. Picture lock

means what it suggests that the edit is now at a place where the edit is not going to change anymore.

It's picture lock.

Now, having worked in the film industry, I will say this.

It is a bit of a fuzzy term for a lot of filmmakers.

Oh really? Oh my gosh.

Because to me this equates to a design freeze.

When the car is going to production, That's a great way to put it.

We've frozen the design.

It's called a design hard freeze.

Absolutely, absolutely.
