Welcome back to our final show of 2025.

Thank goodness.

Cody, what a year it was absolutely.

I have nothing prepared for this.

We talked about maybe it's the end of the year.

We'll do something celebratory at the end of the year.

And do you have anything celebratory about looking back at the last 365 days of basketball?

Honestly, this is what makes it so difficult to cover the NBA is everyone, all the fun movie and TV podcasts and other gaming and book podcasts and everything come out.

They're like, oh, here are the best things of the year, blah, blah, blah.

Basketball is different because we have a, we have like the fiscal year where it's random of like, oh, everyone, our fiscal year ends July 1st or something like that.

Our NBA season ends like in the middle of June.

Like it's smack dab in the middle of a week sometimes.

So you actually have to wait another six months before we can do the final thing.

So when you ask me that, do you want me to rope in anything from 2024?

Because I guess the first thing that comes to mind is the Pacers, but that's from last year.

And the Pacers are not anything to celebrate for this NBA season.

So that's why it just gets so, so difficult.

That's 2025.

That's the calendar year 2025.

I think the problem, what you're getting at is, is why this is very hard to do.
