My obstetrician walked into the room like the night and shining armor that I thought that he was at the time.

And he said, are we ready to have this baby?

And I was like, get this thing out of me.

Like, I just want it out.

And so without even asking for consent, he grabbed the surgical scissors, did in paeotomy.

I didn't actually know until I was a doula than I had in a paeotomy. I didn't actually know till I was a

dula than I had in a paeotomy. So I had no idea. He did it the paeatomy. He grabbed foreseps.

He took her out. At the time, they weren't really aware of the benefits of skin to skin.

It was in modern practice to do that. It was in standard practice. And he bundled her up. He put her on me.

And I felt nothing.
