Then sometimes you're going to tune in there's going to be CTI okay and that stands for cruise the internet and that's more of a comedy based take on the headlines of the day we throw up three headlines we laugh at them we make fun of how ridiculous they are and the people that believe them and then we talk about

the problem that is real in society and how we should fix it and so Q and AF and CTI sort of go together like peanut butter and jelly all right.

CTI we talk about the problems and a little bit of solution and then in Q and AF we get more granular and specific on how to solve some of these problems because they all start with us that's what we're going to do today.

Other times when you listen you're going to hear real real talk real talk is a five to 20 minute kind of rant you might call it it's my internal dialogue it's what I'm feeling it's what's on my heart it's what I think is truth and

usually I'm talking to myself on the inside.

So most people get a lot out of those some people get their feelings hurt I don't really care about those people I care about the people we're going to take the lesson and go win you're my people the other people aren't.

Then sometimes we're going to do interviews and that's called a full length episode we might have my successful interesting friends we might have people of different opinions we might have people that have accomplished great things we might have people who

know just to have an interesting perspective or have completed live harder 75 hard and we have conversations about how they did these amazing things and how you can do the same thing.

So the basis of the show is to make you better to make the world better and I have a little bit different way of doing that.
