What's something you see plumbers or other trades people do that drives you nuts you know i i don't

like to uh i pick on anyone else uh generally because you never know what their training was

and I've been an expert witness on an insurance company battle with homeowners,

the first thing the insurance company wants to see is a permit and a sign-off by the building
