And I have some really fun content to share with you here today. And mostly the reason why this is fun content is because I have taken it upon myself to compile

1:12.1	But it's also been, I guess, the last couple of years have been just incredibly profound
1:17.5	life changing for me. And I'm happy to report that at the time of this recording, I am feeling
1:23.7	just nothing but gratitude and hope and excitement and energized for the work that I do
1:34.3	and for the experiences that I am having here in my work with you on this platform as we
1:43.1	evolve and grow and transform together through our faith
1:47.0	journeys connected in some way to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
1:51.0	It has been quite a roller coaster ride.
1:54.3	And something that I've noticed that has been unfolding as the last few months have evolved
1:59.6	is almost like I can just feel within myself shifts and changes
2:06.3	and openings. And I don't know, do you ever go through periods of time where you just feel like
2:12.2	you're like having a growth spurt? I remember this feeling actually happening before. It was kind of around
2:21.3	the period of COVID and I found a scholar and it just was exactly what I needed for where I was in my
2:28.9	life. And I bought everything that I could find by this scholar. At the time, it was James Hollis, a union analyst. And it was just like stretch marks on my soul and on my brain. And it has changed my life. And I feel like I'm actually in one of these places again. And I couldn't be more excited to share with you what I see unfolding here on the
