So I want to talk a little bit about AI, the spookiness of AI and the blessing of AI and the possible abuses of AI and just the, and just consider

these some tentative thoughts, right?

Tentative.

AI is in some ways an astounding achievement. And there's some things, it does very, very, very well.

I can't imagine, for example, how we used to navigate across, you know, when I fly to another city

to do a conference or something, we'd rent a car and we'd have to navigate our way from the airport

to the hotel. I have trouble remembering what that was like.

You know, now we just take for granted that you punch in the address and your phone says,

it's about time to get over to the right, two lanes from the right, take the next exit.

The downside is you can drive all over a city and at the end of it still have no idea where you

where you are where you've been you're just following um you're just following the the directions

but getting across towns the navigational ability of your phone is simply astounding.

And I was a couple years ago, Nancy and I were in another city for a wedding.

And we punched in the direction.

We were driving down the road, happy as I'll get out.

And I made a joke about,

you know, it tells you at the next light, turn left. Okay. I made a joke to a gentleman who

moved to our community whose job it is to be working on some of this stuff. And I told him

my joke, which was, it won't be long before we hear from our phone, turn left at the next light,

which will be green when you get there. And I thought that was fun. And I mentioned that to him. And he

took it on board and said, well, yeah,
