habits. Future you, she will always do better. So present you doesn't have to.

The truth is, and you know this, the truth is we are always, and I could not mean this more literally,

we are always present us. The only version of you that exists and that ever will exist is present you. As always,

I want to talk to you about this in practical terms. How many times have you caught yourself saying,

I'll start that plan, that project, that practice, whatever the thing is. I'll start that
