aesthetics and beauty where I feel like sometimes what we do is very superficial. But as a physician

at heart, the brain, it is our most important organ and asset. What got you into triggering more

conversations about brain health in America? Well, you know, I love talking to a plastic surgeon because the health of your skin

is actually a reflection of the health of your brain, that they tend to go together.

So being beautiful on the inside often leads to being prettier on the outside. So I was an

infantry medic at the end of Vietnam and fell in love with medicine. But a year into it, I realized

I didn't like being shot at. It just wasn't my thing.

I got retrained as an X-ray technician
