my struggle with perfectionism and an achievement and a desire to excel and the stress and anxiety of trying to keep up with these standards that we set for ourselves and these goals and these dreams and we end up

living these lives of just constant just activity and it can cause us to feel like we're actually always spinning our wheels but never really going deep or going anywhere,

getting traction.

And I have felt that overwhelmed before and I've been through lots of therapy and done a lot of self-work and prayer work through how to be a healthy version of my personality because God made me to be an achiever.
