But tell people, first of all, what do you mean by being a dealmaker as opposed to just being a real estate investor?

What's a dealmaker mean? Yeah, a dealmaker is

a persona you have to take on, right? Because in order to grow and scale any real estate business,

you have to learn how to solve for deal flow, meaning you need leads coming in for potential

deals. And then you need to be able to fund those deals, right?

So you need some sort of money flow to go with that. And if you can solve those two problems,

then you can grow and scale your business. The catch is that people find it very difficult

to solve those two problems. And I think deal making is a skill because a lot of the times you are going to get,

you're going to find your niche where you're going to go out and you're going to be

able to market and find for deals, whether that's marketing that costs you money or time.
