I can think of very few acts who for me are a permanent appointment to view, not a we easily phrase, but I have seen Matt multiple times at,

I think I've seen all of his shows at Edinburgh, apart from the very first one, he makes me cry and howl with laughter. He hates interviews. He didn't want to do this.

He's mostly doing it to promote microscope, which is his podcast with John Kearns which is excellent and so you

trying to get him on the on the podcast for a long time and he is not as tight-lipped as he could have been.

Like he literally had a thing and he would tap it every time he found himself

about to say someone else's name he'd tap it and go no no it's but it's not blood from a stone he's got a

lot to say and I mean the best place to start with his work I think given that you can't see him live right now at the time of recording is have a look at some of his stuff on YouTube on Harry Hill's club night because it gives you a really slick trimmed version of hey I tell you what the best
