Hey everyone. Welcome to MCU fan show episode 350. My name is Sean Gerber,

Flying Solo for this episode to talk about some MCU news. And I wish the news was bigger and better and more

exciting for episode number 350. Unfortunately, the news is a little bit sad, but also there's

some encouraging news regarding the Fantastic Four First Steps that I will get to in this episode.

But I want to start with the

bummer of the summer, and that is the news from last week that Marvel Studios will not have a

presentation in the hallowed halls of Hall H at San Diego Comic Con this year. They will not be having

their big Saturday main event panel.

They will be. Marvel will be at Comic-Con, which I will talk about in other ways, of course,

but they're not going to do their big show in Hall H to close out Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con.

Not entirely unexpected, not really unexpected at all. I even

mentioned this as a possibility, if not strong possibility, when we got the news of the delays to

Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret Wars, especially Avengers Doomsday, moving from May of next

year to December of next year, which meant

Marvel didn't have to do an Avengers Doomsday presentation at San Diego Comic Con this year.

They could save it for next year and still have a big presentation well in advance of the

movie, and they would be able to show more of the movie and say more,

maybe not say a whole lot more, but certainly show more of the movie in terms of a sizzle reel,

in terms of what would be ready to be presented, not that they're going to show a ton,

but they'll have more options in terms of what they could present at San Diego Comic Con in

26 versus what they could show at San Diego Comic Con in 26 versus what they could show at

San Diego Comic Con in 2025. And I know there are certainly the arguments that, of course,
