Hey everyone, Ben Kumbu Radio, how are you dilly doing? Yeah man. So today's

podcast, it's a short one. What am I going to talk about? So I've talked about

this indirectly in the past on a previous podcast and it's probably

come up sort of transiently but I've never really focused a good amount of my energy on it to the

wider population.

So I got a message on Instagram from someone asking

about getting pregnant and fertility and overall hormonal health. Now this is obviously something that's very important to us as a

human being like there will be points in our lives for most people where you will want to create that of another human being.

Like I am not far off in my life saying I want a child, I want to start a family, I want to go

through that process. Now it is becoming increasingly common

that people are struggling to get pregnant. So the rates of IVF are going

through the roof.

And why is this?

And I want to talk about this today on the podcast

because probably about five, six, seven years ago in my work,

I ended up kind of inadvertently working with a lot of people that couldn't get

pregnant. Now I'm going to tell you right now I am not a doctor, I am not a pregnancy specialist,

I am not medically trained in this area but what I am trained in is

optimizing the human body and getting the most out of your health and what I see in

this case of people not being able to get pregnant, whether it's the male or the female or both, is kind of a short list of things that for me the couple have to give right.

Now I'm going to talk to you firstly about my mindset of where I'm at with starting a family.
