Summary

In this episode, I talk about adapting to change, setting boundaries, and valuing self in relationships. I explore the concept of self-worth detached from external validation and the importance of authenticity in relationships. I also speak about the process of confronting past traumas, the power of conversational role-play, and how to navigate grief and guilt as it arises. 1:41.3

we will feel the hurt of that. But when we have shown up and we've

1:44.8

gotten into integrity with what we want to generate in a relationship, and again, we're

1:50.4

assuming that someone can even do it, right? Because a lot of people can't have these conversations.
