I know from my Twitter feed that many of you have wondered why I have been off the air for a little while.

Well, I have been dealing with a little bit of a health scare.

I began to feel chest pains, and they waxed and wane. I started to think something was actually wrong.

Every bond you break, every step you take, I'll be watching you.

I woke up with severe pains both in my chest and my left shoulder.

I knew enough at that moment to understand that it could mean that I was having a heart attack. I run seven miles three to four times a week. I'm a pretty healthy person. I was diagnosed with paracarditis, inflammation of the lining of my heart, brought on by a virus, a literal, common cold. I'm out of it. You are fake news. You're a very, very silly person.
