Today we're going to talk about listening and in particular, deep listening, soulful listening as you call it. And I think we talked about in the pre show that we've never done a full episode just on listening.

And obviously it's a huge part of being a human and showing up in relationships better is our ability to listen. And I know I can certainly improve my listening.

So let's dive into listening. And maybe we could start with why you're passionate about this particular area. You've done a TED talk on it. You do a lot of work in soulful listening. And then we'll talk about how to do it better.

Oh, thanks, Chase, you know, listening is just such a critical part of quality relationships.

And you know, it bridges all types of relationships, whether it be in work or with your children or with a romantic partner.
