in the sense that they'll take any student, even though at least 50 percent of people

go to college, their degree is not going to help them.

They're getting degree in art history, Mesopotamian history.

They think there's not enough jobs to be a teacher for that.

They know the math, but they still allow anybody to go to school.

You can't get a refund.

You can't discharge.

So that's closer to a scam than anything, you know.
