And it's not ending. That sounded like I was ending it. This podcast is not going away. I love it so much. If you guys know, then on't know, then on Saturdays, I usually take DMs from my Instagram or messages

from the app anchor and I give you guys advice based on things you're going to, going through

primarily related to dating and relationships.

And I love doing that so much.

I'm so honored that you guys trust me with the really like serious stuff that goes on in your lives. And so thank you so much. I'm so honored that you guys trust me with the really like serious stuff that goes

on in your lives. And so thank you so much for trusting me with that and for allowing me to be a

part of your lives and allowing me to give you guys advice. But today I wanted to do something

specifically like on the complete opposite of that. I don't want to give you guys advice. Now,

this is going to sound contradictory at the only piece advice, or maybe this is more of like a trigger warning and not so much advice that I'm going to say is that if you are going through a really difficult time right now and you don't have a safe place and you don't have a person to talk to, then this might not be a good episode for you because I don't want I just know as someone as personally as

someone that suffers with anxiety and depression if I were not in a safe place regarding what I

do deal with on a day-to-day basis then this probably wouldn't be an episode that I would listen

to so that's the only kind of advice that I want to give you. But yesterday on Instagram, I posted something.

And I just asked a question and I said,

was the most challenging life change that you faced?

And the responses from like thousands of people just they were,

it was mind blowing.

Like it was so heartbreaking and just heartwrenching to read through like the things that you guys are going through

And it just really broke my heart and the next thing that I posted on my slide on and I just want to read it to you guys because I took a moment to kind of write it even though it's not that long and I just want to really read it to you verbatim because I really do mean it. And it just says that I give a lot of advice and I'm grateful for the privilege to share my heart with you all as you navigate through the next steps after heartbreak breakups and other life changes. But today I just want to sit with you. I just want to sit with you in the heaviness you're holding and I want to remind you that you're not holding it alone. And that's really what this podcast episode is about today. I mean,

yeah, I might say that in other podcast episodes where I am giving advice, but this one's just

strictly for me to remind you that you're not alone, no matter how alone you may feel.
