for cruise the internet what we do here is we throw up headlines we make fun of them

and then we talk about what may be true what may not be true and then we talk about what

the actual underlying problem is in these headlines and then sometimes when you tune in we

have Q and A F and as where you submit the cues and I give the A F's now Q and A F is

mainly about how to become better at whatever it is that you do okay so we have the problem

over here in CTI then we got Q and A F and that kind of makes like a peanut butter and

jelly like fixed shit sandwich all right that's what we try to do here we try to create

fixed shit sandwiches then sometimes whenever you tune in and I'm feeling like yelling

for 20 minutes we do a real talk and that's where I like yell about stuff and you know

it's not really me yelling but since you guys think that it's yelling I'm just going to

say that I yell at you because you guys all say I yell at you anyway but I do is I talk

in a spirited tone the way that I would talk to myself and you get to hear that internal

dialogue so that's what a real talk is then we have full length full length is where we

get successful interesting people that I know friends of mine people with differing opinions

and we have discussions with the intent of breaking down whatever problem maybe a hand

or also showing you how you can become successful interesting and basically just a high achieving
