1:20.0 | She went missing in August of 2010, last scene near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and her remains were found in 2012. |
1:30.0 | And as of this recording, her case is an unsolved murder. |
1:34.0 | And we were joined by Jennifer Amel and you can just tell how frustrated the three of us are as we're talking about the lack of investigation or lack of urgency with the law enforcement in regards to Amber's death. |
1:48.0 | And you just have to feel like this has something to do with the fact that this is a native woman in Canada. |
1:54.0 | And even though Canada has come to terms with the fact that they have been the perpetrators of some severe atrocities towards native people. |
2:04.0 | This is one of those examples of how back in 2010, 2011, 2012, these types of things were still happening and being severely ignored. |
2:14.0 | Now this is a pretty egregious investigation as you'll hear about. |
2:18.0 | And if you have any information, you can submit a tip to Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477. |
2:28.0 | And Amber's killer or killers are still out there. |
2:32.0 | So if you have any information about Amber or about her case, please make the right decision and place a phone call. |
2:40.0 | Again, Amber went missing on August 18, 2010. She was 20 years old at the time of her disappearance. 5,644 pounds. |

2:52.0 | Was wearing a purple hoodie, most likely. She apparently was last seen near Edmonton hitchhiking with an unknown man. |
