Pretty boring I guess yeah before Camden Yards came around. Yeah it was like the

colts were technically still there when I was a kid and we grew up in the suburbs and I wasn't in the city obviously

but it wasn't a whole lot of excitement there not much food and wine culture there.

We'd go to local pubs basically. Yeah, cheeseburgers, wings,

monterile sticks, that sort of stuff. And then you got involved with restaurants

to just make some side money? Yeah, when I was 14 I started busing tables at the local

country club and I kind of like the hospitality and food side of it. Not that it was

a particularly nice place for food, but I kind of got into the hospitality part of it and

as soon as I turned 18 I started waiting tables and pretty soon after that I was

managing restaurants and kind of just grew from there but I always enjoyed the

restaurant business even though it's a lot of hours and well when there's nothing to do

around town sometimes it's nice to have long shifts.
